Spa Chemicals, Supplies, Accessories

  Most supplies orders are shipped out within two business days or less.  We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.  Most supplies are shipped from our Distribution Center in Olympia, WA.

  Most supplies orders for delivery in the contiguous USA are shipped FedEx ground*.  If shipped FedEx, and you provided us a valid email address, FedEx should email you a tracking number within 24 hours of the day we ship your order.   Use the chart below to estimate the arrival time of your order with our standard shipping.

Air shipping is not available for some chemicals such as certain sanitizers, shock, etc.

*Note: We use US Postal Service for some lightweight items (and most Alaska & Hawaii packages). We use the postal delivery confirmation system whenever possible. The Postal Service is cost effective for some packages, which helps us keep prices low.

Spa Covers

  Your new spa cover is custom-made to order and will normally be completed in about 7 business days, not counting Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays, plus shipping time.

Expedited Cover Service: Need it faster? Expedited production is now available for a very reasonable extra cost. With this service, your cover will be finished in 2 business days or less, so you'll receive it about a week earlier than with our normal service.

Air shipping is not available for spa covers.

  Spa covers are too large for FedEx package delivery, so they are shipped via freight truck.  Please allow an additional 3-5 business days (not counting Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays) in transit after completion for delivery in the contiguous USA.

Note: If you are taking delivery to a residential address, the trucking company will probably be contacting you a day or two in advance to make any necessary delivery arrangements. We strongly recommend that someone be at the delivery address to sign for the package and check for damage when it arrives. If you give the trucking company permission to leave the delivery without your inspection, you will assume all liability for any damage or loss. Spa covers cannot be shipped or forwarded outside the USA-48.

Spa Repair Parts

  Most spa parts are shipped out within two business days.  We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.  Some parts are shipped from our Distribution Center in Olympia, WA. and others from Arizona, Tennessee, and California distribution centers.

  Heavy or bulky parts orders for delivery in the contiguous USA are usually shipped UPS ground for delivery in 2 to 6 business days (not counting Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays).  Small lightweight parts are sometimes shipped Postal.  Your order may arrive in multiple cartons on different days.

Belize Spas

  Belize Classic and eSeries spas are custom built-to-order in your choice of colors and shipped to you factory direct. Allow approx. 2 -3 weeks for completion, prior to shipment from the west coast.

  Since Belize spas are too large for package delivery, they are shipped via freight van.  Please allow an additional 7 - 15 business days transit time after shipment (not counting Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays) for delivery in the contiguous US 48.

Note: Normally the freight company will contact you by phone in advance of the delivery, to let you know the expected arrival window. You will need to be on hand for the  curbside delivery and to check for damage. You do not have to unload the spa, but will need to arrange for help in moving the unit to where it will be set up in your yard or home. Preparing for Arrival & Setting Up Your New Spa

LifeCast Spas

  LifeCast spas are custom built-to-order in your choice of colors and shipped to you factory direct. Allow approx. 3-4 weeks for completion, prior to shipment from the east coast.

  Since LifeCast spas are too large for package delivery, they are shipped via freight truck.  Please allow an additional 7 - 15 business days transit time after completion (not counting Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays), for delivery in the contiguous 48 US.

Note: Normally the freight company will contact you by phone in advance of the delivery, to let you know the expected arrival window. You will need to be on hand for the delivery and to check for damage. You will need to arrange for help in unloading the spa and moving the unit to where it will be set up in your yard or home.

Dream Maker Spas

  Your DreamMaker spa will normally be ready to ship out within 3-10 business days.  You will be receiving a brand-new, factory-fresh spa-- not one that has been sitting in a dusty warehouse for months.  DreamMaker spas are shipped from the factory in Florida.

  Since DreamMaker spas are too large for package delivery, they are shipped via freight truck.  Please allow an additional 5 - 7 business days transit time after completion (not counting Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays), for delivery in the contiguous 48 US.

Note: Normally the freight company will contact you by phone in advance of the delivery, to let you know the expected arrival window. You will need to be on hand for the delivery and to check for damage. You will need to arrange for help in unloading the spa and moving the unit to where it will be set up in your yard or home.

SuperTub Spas

  These soft spas are in stock and normally ship out within 2-5 business days from the factory warehouse in Arkansas.

  Since these spas are too large for package delivery, they are shipped via freight truck.  Please allow an additional 5 - 10 business days transit time after completion (not counting Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays) for delivery in the contiguous US.

Note: Normally the freight company will contact you by phone in advance of the delivery, to let you know the expected arrival window. You will need to be on hand for the delivery and to check for damage. You may need to arrange for help in unloading the spa and moving the unit to where it will be set up in your yard or home.  In many cases this can be done by one person, since these spas are lightweight and easy to move.

Air shipping is not available for spas.

Pools

  Our pools are in stock and normally ship out within 2-5 business days from the factory warehouse in Arkansas.

  Since these pools are too large for package delivery, they are shipped via freight truck.  Please allow an additional 5 - 10 business days transit time after completion (not counting Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays) for delivery in the contiguous US.

Note: Normally the freight company will contact you by phone in advance of the delivery, to let you know the expected arrival window. You will need to be on hand for the delivery and to check for damage. You may need to arrange for help in unloading the pool and moving the unit to where it will be set up in your yard.

Standalone Heaters

  Raypak gas and electric heaters are normally shipped out within 3-4 business days from Washington state.

  These items are normally shipped UPS ground for delivery in 2 to 6 business days transit time from date of shipment (not counting Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays).

Air shipping is not available for large heating units.
