Plast-aid is a 2-part compound: a liquid and a powder, like nothing else on the market. When combined, a unique curing process begins. As it thickens, it transforms from a castable liquid, to a glue, to a putty, to a clay. After about 10 minutes it forms a hard, durable, waterproof acrylic plastic that can then be sanded, drilled, or filed.

PVC
Plast-aid even adheres to damp PVC fittings! It's the only product we've found that permanently seals leaks in PVC pipes. Forming a molecular bond, like welding steel, Plast-aid becomes a part of the plastic itself. Unlike fiberglass or epoxy, it's friendly to handle, and has a long shelf life.

Pick out a color or colors to match your spa shell color, mix a small amount of the acrylic paint with Plast-aid, and you have a permanent repair compound for spa cracks and defects. The repair can be smoothed and shaped prior to hardening, then sanded and buffed after hardening.
Far superior to epoxy, glue, or fiberglass resin, so you'll find countless other uses around the home, auto, workshop, boat or RV.
